365/24/7 surveillance centre

We offer services for telecommunications (SLA). Monitoring takes place without interruption (24/7/365), and an experienced operator is present at all times in our surveillance centre in the offices of our company. Our services include passive and active surveillance, diagnostics in case of failure, service interventions at customer’s fa­cility, a spare parts warehouse, and other supporting facilities.

Our prominent clients include UPC Czech Republic, Alcoma, Magnalik, Mitranet.cz, Sauron CZ, GTS Czech s.r.o., Dial Telecom a.s., and the Teaching Hospital in Pilsen.

The SLA service covers the following:

  • 24/7/365 surveillance centre with continuous operation
  • SNMP monitoring (if enabled by the customer), radio and transmission parameters
  • Option to send operating data or alarms when changed
  • Option of remote access to the monitoring and operation system
  • Spare parts and equipment warehouse, service interventions
  • 24-hour service standby duty
